We are an award-winning and fast-growing digital agency building and scaling leading eCommerce brands. We are looking for an experienced and driven email marketeer who has a passion for growing eComm brands. You will be working on e-mail campaigns for clients with 50k+ newsletter subscribers.
Maximising revenue by setting up new email campaigns and improve existing ones
Generating and building effective e-mail campaigns and journeys to improve customer retention
Timely launching the right content to the right target audience
Create briefings for design concepts to make visually attractive content
You will be responsible for all of our clients email marketing efforts, from campaigns to automations.
Klaviyo certified or aiming to get certified asap
Proven trackrecord in increasing conversion rates
At least 4 years of experience in CRM/e-mail marketing
You know your way around the most common CRO tooling
You have a sharp eye for good design and intuitive feeling for good copy that is on-brand
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, preferably Dutch native
Above all, we need someone who is passionate about CRO marketing, whose energy is positive and uplifting. A true team player with great ambitions, and someone who we more likely need to slow down instead of encouraging to go faster.
