To be successful in the role, you’ll have to develop a deep understanding of the business and culture, and foster knowledge and appreciation around the digital agency landscape. You’ll be responsible for driving decisions on organization design, compensation, employee development, and much more. Design and implement a human resource strategy
Maintaining procedures (e.g. salary, bonuses, dismissal, sick leave and absence)
Act as a point of contact for all levels within the organization
Formulating the recruitment and selection policy for new staff
Drawing up vacancies
Organizing and coordinating performance appraisals
+5 years of proven experience in a People Ops/HR leadership role (preferably in an agency)
Experience in helping similar companies going through the growth stage is a plus
An unwavering belief in organizational culture
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, preferably Dutch native
