Intersport and Nike found there was a large portion of women who were purchasing sports bras without knowing what product would be best for their needs. To help with the customer journey, they decided that they wanted a digital tool that would guide the user through the varying options and end with the perfect product and fit.
Nike and Intersport kicked of the project with the necessary research, decided what they needed and how it would look. We got assigned to fine tune the initial idea and UX before jumping into the development. We managed the whole development process, building everything from the frontend to backend, resulting in a fully functional web app.
The result is a streamlined digital sales tool for their customers, helping with sales retention and customer satisfaction. The product is now live in 7 languages and is being used in over 20 countries.
